Floor plans at French Meadow Place
Three layouts, all private. Two studios are offered in both assisted living and memory care. The one-bedroom is offered in memory care.
Square footage conflict: rate sheets say 302 and 411 sq ft. The floor plan sheet thumbnail appears to say 322 and 421. Confirm. Also needed for each plan: a clean floor plan drawing, and what is in the apartment (private bathroom, shower type, kitchenette, closet, windows, thermostat, whether furnished options exist).
Classic Studio
302 square feet.
- Assisted living: from $2,000 a month
- Memory care: from $3,500 a month
Premier Studio
411 square feet. About a third more floor space than the Classic, which makes room for a sitting area or a favorite piece of furniture.

- Memory care: from $3,700 a month
Signature One Bedroom
430 square feet, with a separate bedroom. Offered in memory care.
- Memory care: from $4,000 a month
Photos show resident apartments and shared rooms at French Meadow Place. They are not tied to a specific floor plan.
Sharing an apartment
Couples can live together. The second occupant rate is $1,200 a month in assisted living and $1,500 a month in memory care, plus that person’s own care level.
