Nursing
A nurse completes the assessment before every move-in, sets the care level, and reviews it when needs change. A nurse is on call 24 hours a day.
Name, credentials (RN or LPN) and tenure of the nurse or clinical lead. Confirm the 24-hour on-call nurse statement is accurate today.
Who regulates us
Assisted living in Minnesota is licensed and inspected by the Minnesota Department of Health. You can look up our license and read survey results for any licensed community, including ours, on the Department of Health website.
